Many years ago, I was in the same shoes as you. I struggled to get my message across in an effective way and felt uncomfortable speaking English at work. I had great ideas but couldn't express them well. How frustrating! But once I discovered what was missing, everything changed for me.
For the past eight years, I've worked in large international companies in the City of London (Chubb, Liberty, Ascot, Beazley....just to name a few); I climbed the ladder, travelled for work, worked with amazing people worldwide, and led an incredible team.
